On the concept of disability. A review of WHO proposals

The concept of disability has recently been reviewed by the World Health Organization (WHO), as a consequence of the need to adjust diagnostic procedures to new realities, here is a brief review of the evolution that this concept has had since the first international classification of impairments, disabilities and handicaps (ICIDH).
